Artist Biography
Danica Lorer finds adventure in fields, forests, riverbanks, cities, small towns, and libraries. She is a storyteller, freelance writer, singer-songwriter, face and body painter, poet, and the host of Saskatoon’s literary arts program ‘Lit Happens’. She has had short stories and poems published in various literary magazines and anthologies. Over the past twenty-five years, Danica has delighted audiences of all ages. Her workshop participants have been from 0-103. She has been struck by lightning, a moose, a rogue semi-tire, vehicles, and the odd strange idea. Danica believes in the power of story and of listening and telling.
